What is a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny?
A Nanny that is a qualified & experienced Childcare Professional who accompanies a Family on their Magical Adventures to Disney. They can assist in the Parks or Resorts/Hotels, as well as your non-Disney vacation rentals. We also have Professional Travel Nannies to assist on worldwide vacations we call The Dragon Adventures!
What are we financially responsible for when taking on a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny?
The Family is responsible to pay for the Nanny’s hourly wages. You will choose from the Nanny options (based on needs) & pay Nanny-Land their hourly wage directly.
What are the benefits of having a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny?
Having a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny for your Magical Adventure is helpful in many ways! They are there to help you, at the Park, Resort/Hotel, Vacation Rental or on a Cruise. They can help in caring for your child(ren) while protecting their safety & happiness. Gold Crown Nannies (in Park) are great at standing in lines or going on rides that perhaps the adults are not comfortable with, & they are Disney savvy in order to assist at navigating the Parks. Silver Crown Nannies (at Resort/Hotel or vacation rental) are perfect for date nights, or Swimmy Adventures, as well as Sleepy Sessions so the Parents can SLEEP IN!
What are the cons of having a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny?
To be honest, none! The only difference in traveling with a Nanny is extra expenses. We advise to take this expense into account when planning your Adventures & to budget accordingly. However, the benefits of having a Nanny who is a Disney expert heavily outweighs going to Disney without that extra set of magical hands.
How is a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny different than a regular Nanny?
The difference is extra experience & knowledge of Disney that a regular Nanny does not. They are seasoned Disney goers & very savvy when navigating the Parks. Our Gold Crown Nannies hold an annual pass to Disney, & can get into the Park for FREE! Nanny-Land®, LLC Nannies visit Disney daily, therefore they contain fun Disney knowledge of the Parks. All of this is beneficial to a Family that can be overwhelmed with this experience. They are also safety savvy inside Disney should an emergency arise.
What if we already have an at-home Nanny… do we need a different Nanny for our Disney Adventure only?
If you already have an ongoing Nanny at home, you have the option to take that Nanny with you or hire an additional Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny to accompany you. This decision varies from Family to Family. One benefit of hiring a Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny is the expertise & knowledge that your normal Nanny may not have about at Disney. This also gives you the opportunity to give your regular Nanny some time off, while having a new & fun Nanny just for your Adventure for the children to enjoy!
What hourly rate do Nanny-Land®, LLC Nannies cost?
Our Nannies hourly wage varies in each location. Our Gold Crown Nannies (who have Annual Passes & therefore can enter the Parks for free) are $45/hr with a 6 hour minimum. Our Silver Crown Nannies (who do not have Annual Passes & primarily help in the Resorts/Hotels & vacation rentals) are $35/hr with a 4 hour minimum. Lastly, we have Specialty Themed Resort Nannies known as The Knight Nannies. These Educational based Professionals are $40/hr with a 5 hour minimum. What is your cancellation policy?
If the Family cancels the Booking with at least a 30 day notice, Family receives *100% of the Booking Fee refunded (*Minus the first 8 hours booked, which is never refunded for any reason). Should the Family cancel the Booking with a 14 day-29 day notice, Family receives 50% of the Booking Fee refunded. Should the Family cancel the Booking with less than a 14 day notice, Family does not receive any refund, for any reason.
Can we use the same Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny for all of our Disney Adventures?
Yes! This happens with our Families that frequent Disney annually or often. Should you have a wonderful experience with your Nanny-Land®, LLC Nanny, let us know. If you are interested in taking them on a future Adventure, we will let the Nanny know so she can save that time slot for your Family! It is obviously ideal to have a familiar face for multiple trips.
Do you offer families any other service ?
Yes! On some Adventures (based on availability) we offer Families their own Nanny Paparazzi for FREE. A Nanny Paparazzi is another Nanny who finds your Adventure for only 20-30 mins and takes Candid shots of you, your Family and your Nanny. At the end of your Adventure we email you these pictures (on average we have 20-40) for you to save as a lasting memory of your time with us! Ask us how you can add on your very own Nanny Paparazzi!
In what other ways do your Nannies keep my child safe?
All of our Gold Crown Nannies bring Temporary Safety Tattoos. These are temporary tattoos they apply to your child’s forearm that have our emergency 24/7 hotline on it. Should your child separate from the group, when an adult finds them, they can reach us around the clock. In addition to this, we fully train our Nannies on safety techniques that they all use while on Nanny-Land®, LLC Adventures.
Can the nanny swim with my child ?
Yes! Our Nannies are trained to keep your child safe while swimming. Any Nanny on a Swim Adventure has to be a Level 3 Swimmer or higher. All of our Nannies are CPR Certified & some are even trained Lifeguards. $20 will be added to your booking per day to include water play and/or swimming. This is not $20 per hour.

Nanny-Land is a virtual service & we cater to Families worldwide. We assist Families at all Disney locations including Disney Cruise Line. We also service Families worldwide with Travel Nannies under our Dragon Adventure Program for any location in the world. Who Are The Dragon Nannies?
Nanny-Land has professional Travel Nannies for your worldwide Family Vacations! These seasoned Nannies can assist outside of Disney anywhere in the world! They start at $30/hour with various hourly minimums (based off the length of your vacation) & can offer your Family an array of Magical perks while traveling with you. Are There Any Other Charges Besides The Nanny’s Hourly Wage?
The only extra charges are as follows: If you choose to add swimming or water play to any Adventure, Nanny-Land charges a $20 fee per day. Not per hour. If any Adventure falls on a USA Federal Holiday, there is also a flat $55 fee; again, not per hour or per day—only a flat fee. Should you require your Nanny to attend an event that requires an entrance fee (outside of Disney Park Tickets), then you are required to purchase that ticket.
My Family has an ASD Child—can you help?
More than 70% of Families that enter our Kingdom have an ASD child or children! Dozens of our Nannies are heavily experienced & trained in this to accommodate your Familys specific needs.
Do you charge more on a Holiday?
For Federal Holidays, your account will be charged $55 extra. Not per hour; just one flat rate.

What type of Nanny am I?
Our Nannies come in 2 Tiara Tier Levels: A Gold Crown Nanny & A Silver Crown Nanny. Our Gold Crown Nannies have a Disney Annual Pass & primarily work in the Parks. (Some Nanny-Land Locations do not offer Gold Crown Nannies). Our Silver Crown Nannies do not have an Annual Pass & therefore primarily assist at the Resorts/Hotels or vacation rentals..
What does the Family pay for if I attend a Nanny-Land®, LLC Adventure with them?
The Family is responsible to pay for your hourly wage. They will pay Nanny-Land®, LLC directly, & we will pay you bi-weekly, via direct deposit for all the hours you worked. The Family also covers your Parking, if your Annual Pass does not. They are not required to feel you on Adventures, but most Families do.

How can I help a Nanny-Land®, LLC Family if I already work as a Full Time Nanny?
Most Nanny-Land®, LLC Nannies already have full or part time positions elsewhere. Because it is not an option to do Nanny work full time through Nanny-Land®, LLC, we suggest taking on Adventures with our Families when you are off from work with your permanent job. This can be time that you request off or time you have already been given off. Some examples of this are weekends off, Teachers who are off for the summer/holidays, or anyone who has multiple days/weeks off per year. Many positions will also give you time off if requested with plenty of notice. It is during these times that we suggest you take on one of our open Adventures!
Is there any opportunity to make more than my hourly wage on Adventures?
YES! We offer Annual Raises & Bonuses, as well as other ways you can raise your pay here. Our nanny Paparazzis make $30-$60/hour, our Dragon Nannies make $30+/hour, & our Knight Nannies earn extra bonuses if you are a Silver Crown Nanny. In addition to that, we host random social media contests where you can earn extra bonuses as well! If you work an Adventure on a USA Federal Holiday, you will receive a $50 bonus on top of your hourly pay.
