📝About Our Screening Process
Nannies are heavily interviewed by a Placement Princess. We get to know the Nanny both Professionally & Personally.
Comprehensive Background Checks:
Every Nanny undergoes thorough background and reference checks. We also conduct random drug testing throughout the year to ensure ongoing safety, as well as Mental Health Checks.
Personalized Matching:
We take the time to understand each Nanny’s professional specialties, personality, and preferences. This helps us pair families with the ideal Nanny for their unique needs.
Rigorous Training:
All our Nannies are legally authorized to work in the USA & are direct employees of Nannyland (the only way to legally employ a Nanny). They are also graduates of Nannyland®, LLC Academy. Here, they receive training in child safety, behavioral techniques, and effective parent communication.

All Nannies within our Kingdom must have the following as their minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years of Professional Childcare experience: This is Professional Childcare work they have done in the past, post age 18.
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Disney Parks and Resorts experience: This includes any past experiences visiting ANY of the worldwide Disney Parks, Resorts or Cruise Line.
- If a Dragon Adventure (Worldwide Travel Nannies): They also contain Travel Nanny Experience as well as a valid Passport
- Legal to work in the USA
