• What is a Nanny-Land Nanny? A Nanny that is a qualified & experienced Childcare Professional who accompanies a Family on their Magical Adventures to Disney. Our Nannies are here to help your Family with visit to Disney! They can also assist at other Disney owned locations as well as places of stay, like the Hotel, Airbnb or Vacation Resort. This includes Disney Cruise Line.
• What are we financially responsible for when taking on a Nanny-Land Nanny? The Family is responsible to pay for the Nanny’s hourly wages. You will choose from the Nanny options (based on location) & pay Nanny-Land  their hourly wage directly.
• What are the benefits of having a Nanny-Land Nanny? Having a Nanny-Land Nanny for your Magical Adventure is helpful in many ways! They are there to help you, at the Park, Resort, Vacation Rental or on Cruise. They can help in caring for your child(ren) & act as an adult in the group which is helpful in busy locations like the Disney Parks. Nanny-Land Nannies are great at standing in lines or going on rides that perhaps the adults are not comfortable with, & they are Masters in their field: they are there to keep your child happy, safe, & entertained for what is known to be one of the most Magical AND tiring experiences Families partake in!
• What are the cons of having a Nanny-Land Nanny? To be honest, none! The only difference of traveling with a Nanny is extra expenses. We advise to take this expense into account when planning your Adventures & to budget accordingly. However, the benefits of having a Nanny who is a Disney expert heavily outweighs going to Disney without that extra set of magical hands.
• How is a Nanny-Land Nanny different than a regular Nanny? The difference is extra experience & knowledge of Disney that a regular Nanny does not. They are seasoned Disney goers & very savvy when navigating the Parks. Our Gold Crown Nannies hold an annual pass to Disney, & can get into the Park for FREE! Nanny-Land Nannies visit Disney daily, therefore they contain fun Disney knowledge of the Parks. All of this is beneficial to a Family that can be overwhelmed with this experience. They are also safety savvy inside Disney should an emergency arise.
• What if we already have an at-home Nanny…do we need a different Nanny for our Disney Adventure only? If you already have an ongoing Nanny at home, you have the option to take that Nanny with you or hire an additional Nanny-Land Nanny to accompany you. This decision varies from Family to Family. One benefit of hiring a Nanny-Land Nanny is the expertise & knowledge that your normal Nanny may not have about at Disney. This also gives you the opportunity to give your regular Nanny some time off, while having a new & fun Nanny just for your Adventure for the children to enjoy!
• What hourly rate do Nanny-Land Nannies cost? Our Nannies hourly wage varies in each location. Our Gold Crown Nannies (who have Annual Passes & therefore can enter the Parks for free) are $45/hr. Our Silver Crown Nannies (who do not have Annual Passes & primarily help in the Resorts/Hotels) start at $35/hr. Lastly, we have Specialty Themed Resort Nannies known as The Knight Nannies. These Educational based Professionals start at $40/hr. Please email us with any questions about rates in your particular Disney location.
• What is your cancellation policy? If the Family cancels the Booking with at least a 30 day notice, Family receives 100% of the Booking Fee refunded. Should the Family cancel the Booking with a 14 day-29 day notice, Family receives 50% of the Booking Fee refunded. Should the Family cancel the Booking with less than a 14 day notice, Family does not receive any refund.
• Can we use the same Nanny-Land Nanny for all of our Disney Adventures? *Yes! We anticipate this happening for our Families that frequent Disney annually or often. Should you have a wonderful experience with your Nanny-Land Nanny, let us know. If you are interested in taking them on a future Adventure, we will let the Nanny know so she can save that time slot for your Family! It is obviously ideal to have a familiar face for multiple trips. Keep in mind, when you do visit Disney more than once, you are welcomed to join our Membership Program. • Do you offer Families any other services?  Yes! On some Adventures (based on availability) we offer Families their own Nanny Paparazzi for FREE. A Nanny Paparazzi is another Nanny who finds your Adventure for only 20-30 mins and takes Candid shot of you, your Family and your Nanny. At the end of your Adventure we email you these pictures (on average we have 20-100) for you to save as a lasting memory of your time with us! Ask us how you can add on your very own Nanny Paparazzi!
• In what other ways do your Nannies keep my child safe? All of our Gold Crown Nannies bring Temporary Safety Tattoos. These are temporary tattoos they apply to your child’s forearm that have our emergency 24/7 hotline on it. Should your child separate from the group, they can reach us around the clock. In addition to this – we fully train our Nannies on safety techniques that they all use while on Nanny-Land Adventures.
• Can the Nanny Swim with my child Yes! Our Nannies are trained to keep your child safe while swimming. Any Nanny on a Swim Adventure has to be a Level 3 Swimmer or higher. In addition, all of our Nannies are all CPR Certified. $15 will be added to your booking to include water play and swimming.
• Where is Nanny-Land Located? Nanny-Land is a virtual service & we cater to Families worldwide. We assist Families at all Disney locations including Disney Cruise Line. See our “Adventure Locations” page of this website to view all of our locations.

• What is a Nanny-Land Nanny? A Nanny-Land Nanny is a qualified, experienced Nanny or Childcare Professional who accompanies a Family on their Magical Adventures to Disney. They can also assist at other Disney-owned locations as well as places of stay, like the Hotels, Vacation Resorts, Airbnbs and Disney Cruise Line.
• What qualifications do I need to be a Nanny-Land Nanny? To qualify as a Nanny with Nanny-Land, you must have the following:
• 2+ years of Professional Childcare experience: (This is Professional Childcare work you have done in the past, post age 18.)
• Legal to work in the country you live in.
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Live within roughly 60 miles of any Disney location.
• Have Disney Resort or Park experience: (This is any past experiences visiting ANY of the worldwide Disney Resorts or Parks with or without a Nanny Family.)
• What type of Nanny am I? Our Nannies come in 2 Tiara Tier Levels: A Gold Crown Nanny & A Silver Crown Nanny. Our Gold Crown Nannies must hold a Disney Annual Pass* (Some Nanny-Land Locations do not offer Gold Crown Nannies). All other specialty options are available in all locations.
• What does the Family pay for if I attend a Nanny-Land Adventure with them? The Family is responsible to pay for your hourly wage. They will pay Nanny-Land directly, & we will pay you bi-weekly, via direct deposit for all the hours you worked.
• Where is Nanny-Land located? Nanny-Land is a virtual service & we cater to Families worldwide. We assist Families at all Disney locations including Disney Cruise Line. See our “Adventure Locations” page of this website to view all available locations.
• How can I help a Nanny-Land Family if I already work as a Full Tıme Nanny? Most Nanny-Land Nannies already have full or part time positions elsewhere. Because it is not an option to do Nanny work full time through Nanny-Land, we suggest taking on Adventures with our Families when you are off from work with your permanent job. This can be time that you request off or time you have already been given off. Some examples of this are weekends off, Teachers who are off for the summer/holidays, or anyone who has multiple days/weeks off per year. Many positions will also give you time off if requested with plenty of notice. It is during these times that we suggest you take on one of Nanny-Land’s Open Adventures!
